Add a Basic Table to Your Design

Venngage makes it easy to organize your information visually. Tables are great for displaying data side by side so readers can quickly compare values or categories at a glance.


Add a Table

  1. Click Charts from the left sidebar to open the Charts menu.

  2. Select Table, which appears as the first option at the top of the list.

  3. Click the Basic Table icon, or click and drag it onto your design canvas.

 

Add Data to Your Table

  • Click directly into a cell to type your data.

  • You can also copy and paste data from external sources like Excel or Google Sheets.

 

Customize your table however you want with the following actions:

 

Tip: Use consistent color themes and font styles across your tables and charts for a more cohesive and professional look.
