Changing your password

Available on the following Venngage subscription plans: Free, Premium, Business and Enterprise.

Update or modify your current password

Sign in to your Venngage account.

Click the "Account" icon on the top right corner (the circle with your initials in the top righthand corner of window).

Click "My Account" in the drop-down.

On the Profile tab of your account settings, click "Password Reset".

Enter your old password, then enter your new password twice (correctly) in the fields indicated.

A user clicks on the account icon in the top right corner and clicks 'My Account'. The account page loads, on the Profile tab, and the user clicks 'Change Password'; the user enters their old password in the field indicated, then their new password in the appropriate field, then retypes their new password into the 'Confirm Password' field. The user clicks 'Submit'. A modal appears, overlaying the screen, with the heading 'Success' and the text 'Your password has been changed.' The user clicks 'Close' on the modal to return to the Account page (Profile tab).


The Password Reset modal (pop-up) appears to confirm that your password has been updated. Click the Close button to return to your Account page.
