When a Team Administrator cancels their Business plan, Venngage will stop billing the account at the end of the current billing cycle.

Once the plan is canceled:

• All Team Members linked to the account are automatically downgraded to Free accounts.

• Team Members will no longer have access to shared designs in Team Designs or Team Templates.

• Designs previously shared in Team spaces will remain under the Team Administrator’s account, but members will only see their own projects under My Designs.

After the downgrade, Team Administrators will also lose access to Business features such as:

• Adding or managing team members

• Sharing new designs within a team

• Accessing shared folders and templates

If continued team collaboration is needed, the Team Administrator can reactivate or renew the Business plan at any time to restore access to shared designs and team management features.
