Start with Templates or a Blank Canvas

• Choose from nearly 10,000 templates for infographics, slide decks, posters, or social media posts.

• Or start fresh with the Blank Canvas layout.

• Templates save hours—what takes 3–4 hours from scratch can be done in minutes.
  
   

Find the Right Template

• Log in and go to the Templates tab on your homepage.

• Browse categories in the left sidebar or search with keywords (e.g., “to-do list”).

• Hover a template to preview, then click Create to open it in the editor.

• Click Start Editing to customize the template.

Get Familiar with the Editor Tools & Customize Your Design

Top Toolbar 

– Your main control panel for editing elements.

• Edit text style, font size, alignment, and color

• Adjust placement, layering, and lock/unlock objects

• Change shape colors with the Color Tool

• Rename files and resize your page (standard or custom sizes)

Page Manager 

– Helps you organize multiple pages in your design.

• Add blank pages

• Duplicate existing pages

• Rearrange page order

• Delete unnecessary pages (great for reports or slide decks)

Left Sidebar 

– Your library for adding new content and visuals.

• Add text boxes, charts, maps, QR codes, and widgets

• Access the photo and icon libraries, or upload your own images

• Replace icons by double-clicking or browsing categories

• Insert new elements and reposition them on the canvas

Share or Download Your Design

• Share your design by generating a link, or

• Download your design (options may vary depending on your plan).
