You can easily adjust your table’s layout, add or remove rows and columns, and resize cells to make your data look just right.
 

Select a Cell or Row

You can select a cell or row in a few ways:

1. Click once inside a cell to place your cursor.

2. Double-click the border of a cell to highlight the entire cell and its contents.

   

3. Double-click the text or number inside a cell to select its value.

   

Open the Right-Click Menu

Once your cell or row is selected:

• Right-click your mouse, or

• Two-finger tap on your trackpad.

From the menu, you can:

• Insert a column to the left or right

• Insert a row above or below

• Delete a row or column

Venngage will instantly apply your changes.

Adjust Table Size

When you add a new column or row, your table automatically expands.

To resize:

1. Click on the table to select it.

2. Drag one of the corner or side handles to adjust its overall width or height.

Align Table Content

You can align the text or content inside your table cells vertically to the top, middle, or bottom.

To do this:

1. Select the cell or cells you want to adjust.

2. Click the Vertical Align button in the top toolbar.

   

3. Choose your preferred alignment: Top, Middle, or Bottom.
