Customizing Text in Tables

In the upgraded Venngage Editor, you can fully customize any text in your tables—change the font face, style, size, line height, color, or even add hyperlinks.
 

Add Text to Your Table

  • Double-click a table cell to start typing.

  • Paste values from another source using Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd+V (Mac).


Change the Font Face

  • Select the cell(s) with the text you want to modify.

  • Use the Font drop-down menu in the top toolbar to choose a new font.

  • Scroll or search by name to find your preferred font.

  • To select a single cell, double- or triple-click it to highlight the text.


Change Font Size or Style

  • Select the cell(s) and use the Font Size menu in the top toolbar to adjust size.

  • Apply Bold, Italic, or Underline styles using the toolbar commands next to the size menu.


Adjust Line Height

  • Select a cell to change the line height, which controls spacing between multiple lines of text within the same cell.


Change Font Color

  • Select the cell(s) and click Font Color in the top toolbar.

  • Use the color picker to select from Project Colors, custom colors, or the Hue slider.

  • Adjust opacity, use the eyedropper tool to sample a color from anywhere on your device, or enter a HEX code.

  • The Contrast Ratio section helps ensure your colors meet accessibility standards.


Add or Remove a Link

  • Select the text to hyperlink.

  • Click Link in the top toolbar.

  • Enter a URL in the modal and click Save Changes to apply.

  • To edit or remove a link, select the hyperlinked text, click Link, then modify or clear the URL and click Save Changes to confirm.
