Configurando a autenticação de dois fatores (TFA)

Adicionar a Autenticação de Dois Fatores (TFA) acrescenta uma camada extra de segurança à sua conta Venngage, garantindo que o login exija mais do que apenas uma senha

 

Acesse os Detalhes da Sua Conta

  1. Faça login na sua conta Venngage.

  2. Clique em Account no menu superior e selecione My Account no menu suspenso.

 

Ativar a Autenticação de Dois Fatores

  1. Na aba Profile, clique em Enable ao lado de Two-Factor Authentication.

  2. Insira suas credenciais de login para confirmar seu acesso.

  3. Revise as informações da sua conta — atualize seu e-mail, senha ou adicione um número de celular, se necessário, clicando em Edit (ícone de lápis) e enviando suas alterações.

  4. Clique em Manage Two-Factor para prosseguir para a página de configuração da TFA.

 

Adicionar um Método de Dois Fatores

  1. Clique em Add Two-Factor.

  2. Selecione seu método preferido no menu Select a Method (e-mail ou celular).

  3. Certifique-se de que suas informações de contato estão corretas e clique em Send a One-Time Code.

  4. Verifique seu e-mail ou dispositivo móvel pelo código de verificação de 6 dígitos.

  5. Insira o código no campo Verification Code e clique em Enable.

On the confirmation page for the Two-factor authentication page, a modal appears in the center top of the page, with sections for displaying the user's email account and any mobile phone associated with the user's account. The user clicks this button, and the notification 'A one-time user code was sent' appears at the top of the page. The user pastes a verification code into the text field at the bottom of the modal labelled 'Verification code'. The user then clicks the 'Enable' button at the botom of the modal.

  • Salve esses códigos com segurança — eles permitem que você faça login caso perca acesso ao celular ou e-mail.

  • Cada código só pode ser usado uma vez.

Depois de habilitada, você será solicitado a autenticar via telefone ou e-mail a cada login.

  • Insira o código de 6 dígitos enviado pelo método escolhido para acessar sua conta.
