Usando HTML com MailChimp ou Outlook

O Venngage permite que você baixe seu design como um bloco de código HTML ou como um arquivo em formato HTML. Isso facilita incorporar designs em sites, incluí-los em e-mails ou criar modelos de e-mail e newsletters reutilizáveis.

Você pode converter seu design para HTML de duas maneiras:

  • Código de incorporação (Embed code): perfeito para elementos interativos, como enquetes ou vídeos incorporados.

  • Arquivo em formato HTML: leve e otimizado para e-mail; elementos interativos são desativados, mas os hyperlinks continuam funcionando.

 

Enviar um Arquivo HTML para o MailChimp

  1. Faça login na sua conta do MailChimp.

  2. No painel, clique em Campanhas (Campaigns).

  3. Abra o menu e selecione Modelos de e-mail (Email templates).

  4. Clique em Criar modelo (Create Template).

  5. Na página Criar um modelo, selecione a aba Codifique você mesmo (Code your own).

  6. Escolha Importar HTML (Import HTML) para enviar um arquivo ou Colar código (Paste in code) para usar o código de incorporação.

  7. Clique em Adicionar arquivos (Add Files), selecione o arquivo HTML baixado do Venngage e clique em Enviar (Upload).

  8. Visualize seu modelo e depois clique em Salvar e sair (Save and Exit) para usá-lo em uma campanha.

Arquivos HTML fornecem uma versão comprimida e sem perda do seu design, leve e ideal para envio por e-mail sem consumir muitos dados ou largura de banda. Para manter o tamanho do arquivo pequeno, elementos interativos como enquetes e vídeos são desativados nesse formato.

 

Enviar um Arquivo HTML para o Outlook 365

  1. Crie um novo e-mail no Outlook.

  2. Clique com o botão direito na barra de ferramentas e selecione Personalizar Faixa de Opções (Customize the Ribbon).

  3. Adicione Anexar arquivo (Attach File) à barra de ferramentas e clique em Adicionar (Add). Pressione OK para confirmar.

  4. Clique em Anexar arquivo (Attach File) na janela principal.

  5. Selecione seu arquivo HTML, clique na seta ao lado de Inserir (Insert) e escolha Inserir como texto (Insert as Text).

  6. Clique em Inserir (Insert) para incorporar o conteúdo HTML no corpo do e-mail.

  • Opções HTML: use código de incorporação para designs interativos ou download de arquivo HTML para envio leve por e-mail.

  • Compatibilidade: Outlook para Mac não suporta modelos personalizados; MailChimp é recomendado para resultados consistentes.

  • Tamanho da página: designs de uma única página até 816 x 3000 px otimizam o tempo de carregamento do e-mail.

  • Tags de mesclagem (Merge Tags): as tags do Venngage não são transferidas; adicione tags personalizadas diretamente no MailChimp.

  • Tamanho do texto: use pelo menos 16 px para legibilidade.

  • Elementos interativos: formulários, enquetes e vídeos não funcionam em arquivos HTML baixados; hyperlinks continuam clicáveis.
