Venngage lets you add various fields to your design, making it easy to create surveys, feedback forms, and more.
Adding Fields to Your Design

Open the Elements section on the left side of the Editor, then select Forms.

Select Short Text Field or Long Text Field from the available options.
The field widget will appear on your canvas.
Click and drag the widget to position it where you want.
📌 Tip: You can add multiple fields to your form and arrange them as needed.
Styling Options
You can style each field using the top toolbar:

Background Color: Make your form stand out with a colored background.

Border Color & Width: Customize the border for a polished look.
Corner Rounding: Adjust the corners to match your design aesthetic.
Modifying Fields
To modify a field:

Click “Edit Field” in the top toolbar or double-click the field on the canvas.

The Edit Field modal will appear, where you can adjust several options.
Short Text Field

Field Type: Choose text, email, password, date, or number.

Label: Indicate what information is needed.

Placeholder: Add guidance text for users.

Layout: Choose horizontal or vertical label placement.
Long Text Field
Label: Indicate what information is needed.
Placeholder: Add guidance text for users.
Layout: Choose horizontal or vertical label placement.
Long text field

Label: Edit the label to indicate what information is needed.

Placeholder: Add placeholder text to guide what to input.
- Layout: Decide whether to display the label horizontally or vertically.
