Add visual depth and contrast to your design by applying an overlay effect to your background image.
How to Create an Overlay Effect
Select the background image on your design canvas.

On the top toolbar, click the background color button to open the Edit background panel.

Lower the image opacity — Manually enter the value in the Opacity field. The lower the opacity, the more your background color or gradient will show through.

In the top toolbar, click Background color to open the Edit background panel. Choose a solid color or gradient to complete your overlay effect.
💡 Tip: Experiment with different opacity levels and color combinations to create contrast and make your text stand out.
