Want to collaborate or share your work with your team? You can share your Venngage design either from the Editor or directly from your My Designs page.

Share from the Editor or My Designs

• From the Editor: Click the Share button (or press Tab to select it and hit Spacebar) in the top toolbar to open the Share modal.

  

• From My Designs: Hover over the design thumbnail in your My Designs tab, then click the Share icon to open the same Share modal.

  

Once the modal opens, you can choose to share your design with Groups or copy a shareable link.

Share with a Group

• Enter the name of a Group in your organization in the Share with groups field.

  

• You can add multiple Groups at once.

• To remove a Group, click the dropdown and select Unshare design.

  

• When you’re ready, click Share.

  

• You can also add a personalized message before sending — just type your message and click Send.
  If you prefer not to send an email notification, select Don’t send instead.

Copy a Share Link

• To share manually, click Copy Link under Link sharing at the bottom of the Share modal.
  This copies a shareable link to your clipboard — perfect for pasting into an email or chat so others can access and edit the design directly.

Please Note: Venngage is accessed entirely online through a web browser. Because of this, real-time collaboration with multiple team members working on the same design at the same time isn’t supported. Simultaneous edits can sometimes disrupt the editor due to differences in browsers, internet connections, and other technical factors.
