Admins of Business accounts can remove Guests or Team Members to manage access and free up paid seats for new users.
Remove Members or Guests

From your Venngage homepage, click Manage Team in the left sidebar.

In the list of team members, check the box next to the email(s) of the user(s) you want to remove.

Click Remove from Team at the top of the list to remove or uninvite them from your team.
What Happens After You Remove a Member
Removed users immediately lose access to all shared team designs.
Their paid seat remains open and can be reassigned to another user anytime.
If you’d like to reduce the total number of seats in your subscription, please contact your account manager for assistance.
