"Members" are users with normal permissions (non-administrative) on an Enterprise account.

Members can delete any Group they've created, or remove (one or more) Members from a Group they've created, without deleting the Group itself.

Delete a Group

As a Member, you can delete any Group you created. There are a couple ways to do this:

➡️ From the main page of your Group

Click on your Group name in the left sidebar, under your organization name, to open your Group's main page.

Click on the small down arrow by the Group name at the top of the page.

Close up of the a group name header with the down arrow circled in dark red.

This will bring up the option to "Delete Group".

Click "Delete Group". A warning prompt will appear, advising "This will permanently delete the group [Group Name]. Deleting this group will delete all associated data, such as folders."

Click "Cancel" to abort the action, or click the red "Delete" button to delete the Group.

On the Home page of the Venngage site, a user has accessed a Group entitled 'Group Name'. The Group name is highlighted in the left sidebar, underneath the name of the organization and other group names; in the right pane, the heading 'Group Name' appears in the top left, with a down arrow. Next to this heading are two subheadings: Designs and Members, two tabs that will allow the user to see the designs and members in the Group. The user clicks the down arrow beside the name of the Group; this expands into a widget that says 'Delete Group'. The user clicks 'Delete Group' and a modal appears, overlaying the page. The widget title is 'Delete Group Name?' And text underneath describes how this action will permanently delete the group. At the bottom of the modal is a Cancel button and a Delete button; the user clicks on 'Delete' and the Group disappears; the page reloads. The Group is no longer visible in the left sidebar, and the user has been redirected to the organization's page which lists all of the active Groups in the organization.

VENNGAGE MAKES IT EASY

Deleted a Group and lost track of the designs?
Don't stress! Designs shared in a Group
won't be deleted if the Group is; Members who
used to be in the deleted Group will just lose
access to them. The designs will still be accessible
(and shareable!) by the user who created them,
on their individual "My Designs" page.

➡️ From your organization's Groups list

Click on the name of your organization from the Home page in the left sidebar menu to bring up the page that lists every Group in your organization.

Find the name of your Group in the list.

Click the three dots "meatballs" menu at the end of the row the Group name is in. This will bring up the option to "Delete Group."

Click "Delete Group". A warning prompt will appear, advising "This will permanently delete the group [Group Name]. Deleting this group will delete all associated data, such as folders."

Click "Cancel" to abort the action, or click the red "Delete" button to delete the Group.

On the Home page of the Venngage site, a user has accessed the Organization page, which lists all of the active Groups in the organization in a table. The user scrolls down the page, to where a group called 'Renee Test' appears. The group is Private. There is a kebab menu (three horizontal dots) at the end of the row, and the user clicks on it to open it; they select from the widget to Delete the group. This opens a modal over the page; the modal asks if the user wants to delete this Group. The user clicks the 'Delete' button at the bottom of the modal, and the Group Renee Test is removed from the Groups page of the organization.
