  • JPG or JPEG

  • GIF (static)

What size file can I upload?

Upload any image file in a compatible format, up to 5 MB each in size.

Upload up to 500 images on Business and Enterprise plans. Premium users can upload up to 50; Free users can upload up to 6 custom images or photos.

Upload up to six images at a time with Drag & Drop or Browse files.

Over a close-up of the left sidebar of the upgraded Editor, with the Uploads tool open, a user drags 5 image files into the 'Drag & Drop' field in the panel. The button labelled 'Browse Files' changes to Uploading and the icons the user uploaded appear under the Drag and Drop field.

How do I upload?

Select Uploads on the left toolbar to get started.

A close-up of the left sidebar in the upgrade Venngage Editor. The Uploads tool, which is third from the bottom (between Photos and Charts) is highlighted. A user clicks the Uploads tool and the tool opens from the left sidebar into a panel with the heading 'Image Uploads'. In the panel, a section for adding images appears at the top with a black and white silhouette icon of an image file and the text 'Drag & Drop your files here. JPEG, PNG or GIF format. Maximum 5 MB per file.' Underneath the text is a 'Browse Files' button. Underneath this top section are thumbnails of the image files that the user has already uploaded, including some photos and icons.

You have the option to either drag and drop image files onto the page or to browse on your device.

Drag and drop

Drag the image file from your device's file explorer onto the design canvas in the Venngage Editor. It will appear on the design canvas, and under the "Image Uploads" tab in the left sidebar. Upload up to 6 images at a time

A partial view of a canvas in the upgraded Venngage Editor shows the Image Uploads panel open from the left sidebar. From a file explorer window, a user selects and drags a JPEG file from the file explorer into the top of the Image Uploads Panel, where the label 'Drag & Drop your files here' appears. The JPEG file then appears in the image gallery under the Drag and Drop section in the Image Uploads panel.

Browse files/using file explorer

Click on the Upload Image button under Image Uploads in the left sidebar.

Use the file explorer on your device to select the image you want to upload, then click "Open". The image file will appear as a thumbnail, under the Image Uploads tab in the left sidebar.

Delete an uploaded image

Open the Uploads tab in the left sidebar.

Move the cursor over the image you want to delete.

The JPEG file then appears as a thumbnai in the image gallery under the Drag and Drop section in the Image Uploads panel. The user moves their cursor over the file, and a grey trash can icon appears in the top right corner of the JPEG thumbnail. The user clicks the trash can icon and a modal appears over the entire canvas, asking if the user is sure they want to delete. The user clicks Delete on the modal; in the Image Uploads panel, the JPEG they deleted no longer appears.

Click the small trash icon in the top right corner of the image when it appears.

Select "Remove" to confirm deleting the image; to close without deleting, select "Close".
