Venngage allows you to use a photo from our image library or any image you’ve uploaded as a background for your design.

Step 1: Add an Image

• Click Images on the left toolbar to open the image library.

  

• Type a keyword into the search bar and select a photo to add to the page, or upload your own image from your computer.

• You can add the image to your design canvas by clicking it or by dragging and dropping it directly onto your canvas.

Step 2: Resize the Image

• Click on the image on your canvas to select it.

• Use the corner or edge handles to drag and resize the image until it fits your design canvas perfectly.

Step 3: Adjust Layers

To move your image behind other design elements:

• Click Layers on the upper-right part of the toolbar to open the layer controls.

• Click the Move to Back button in the top toolbar.

This will place your chosen image as the background of your design.

💡 Tip: Adjust the transparency of your background image in the top toolbar to make your text or data elements more visible and balanced.
