Set up My Brand Kit and access your custom Brand Colors from anywhere in the Editor.

Access Brand Colors from the Color Tool

Brand Colors are accessible from the Color Tool, which appears in the top toolbar whenever you select an element with customizable colors (e.g. text boxes, backgrounds, icons, charts, maps, and more).

• Select the element you want to change on the design canvas.

• Click the Color Tool icon in the top toolbar.

• Your Brand Colors will appear underneath Project Colors and above the Hex Code field.

• If you have multiple Brand Kits, use the Brand Kit drop-down menu to switch between them.

• Click on a color under the Brand Kit section to apply it.
   

👉 You can edit these colors anytime from My Brand Kit.

For charts and maps, open the Chart Menu to adjust and apply brand colors to each section.

Brand Colors are displayed underneath Project Colors and above the Hex Code field. 

Add Logos, Icons, and Images to Your Design

You can quickly place brand assets directly into your design:

1. Click My Brand Kit on the left sidebar.

2. Under the Logos, Icons, or Images headings, click the asset you’d like to add.

3. Use the Brand Kit drop-down menu to switch between kits if you have more than one.

Recolor Your Entire Design with Brand Colors

Want a quick way to brand your whole design?

1. Click My Brand Kit in the left sidebar.

2. Under Brand Colors, click the color bar to apply your palette to the entire design.

3. Click again to Shuffle through different color combinations.

   You can also apply pre-generated palettes the same way.

Use Brand Fonts

Brand fonts automatically appear in the font menu whenever you select a text box.

• Select a text box, then open the font drop-down.

• Under Brand Fonts, choose the font you want to apply.

• If you have multiple Brand Kits, open My Brand Kit from the sidebar and switch to the kit you want to use. Uploaded custom fonts will also appear here.
