Edit your brand assets (logos, colors, fonts) in My Brand Kit

Available on the following Venngage subscription plans: Premium, Business and Enterprise.

Make changes to existing brand kits from the Manage Brand page or from inside the Editor.

Access the Manage Brand page

From the Home page: 

Click on Manage Brand in the left sidebar from the Home page, and then click on the thumbnail of the Brand Kit you want to edit to open it. 

On the Manage Brand page, there are two thumbnails of brand kits visible under the heading 'All Brand Kits', the first labelled Venngage and the second, Doggy Paddle. A user clicks on the brand kit labelled Doggy Paddle and the Brand Kit assets page opens, including three columns that show the brand logos, brand colors and brand fonts.

From inside the Editor: 

Click on My Brand Kit in the left sidebar on the Venngage Editor.

Select the brand kit you want to edit (if you have more than one).

Edit Brand Kit title

Click the name of the brand kit on the brand kit page. Change the title, and click or hit 'Enter' to save the changes. 

On the Manage Brand page, the brand kit labelled Doggy Paddle appears, with three columns beneath it that show the brand logos, brand colors and brand fonts. The user clicks on the brand kit label at the top of the page. When the user's cursor hovers over the title, a pencil icon appears next to the title. When the user clicks on the title, the text is selected. The user types 'Puppy Paddle' to replace the words, then clicks out of the area, and the changes are saved.

Edit brand logos

Add a new logo by clicking the plus sign next to the existing brand logos, under the Brand Logos heading. Select an image file from your device's file explorer and double-click or click open to add it.

Hover over the logo you want to delete and click the trash can icon to remove it from the brand kit.

Edit brand colors

Change a color by clicking on any of the color swatches under the Brand Color heading and using the color picker or entering the HEX code to change the color.

Edit brand fonts

Change fonts with the drop-down menus under each of the sub-headings in the Brand Fonts column.

Upload or delete custom fonts

  • Click the upload font button under Uploaded Font to add a new font file (*.otf or *.ttf format)
  • Click the trash can icon next to an uploaded font to delete it, then click "DELETE" on the modal (pop-up) to confirm

On the editing page for a brand kit entitled Puppy Paddle, three columns are visible. The first two show brand logos and colors, including a simple line icon of a dog swimming and colors in different shades of grey and blue. A user clicks on the drop-down menu under the sub-heading 'Header', which appears in the third column labelled Brand Fonts. The menu reveals a list of fonts. The user chooses a different font and clicks out to close the menu. The user then clicks on the trash can icon that appears underneath the heading Uploaded Fonts, next to a custom font face name. A modal opens over the page asking the user to confirm they want to delete the font; the user clicks Delete, and the modal closes. The font is no longer listed under the Uploaded Fonts heading.

When you upload a custom font, it will appear in the drop-down menus under each sub-heading in the Brand Fonts column; select it from the drop-down under the sub-heading to have it appear in the Editor.
