Make your Venngage designs more inclusive and user-friendly by adding accessible links to your text. Accessible links help all readers, including those using screen readers or assistive technology, navigate your content with ease.

Add a Link to Text

  1. Open your accessible design in the Venngage Editor.

  2. Select the word or section of text that you want to hyperlink.

  3. Click the link icon in the top toolbar. It’s located between the Bulleted List and Text Tag icons.

  4. Enter the URL or web address in the field provided, then click OK to apply the link.

Make Your Link Accessible

To ensure your link is visible and meets accessibility standards:

  • Adjust the color or add an underline so the link stands out from the surrounding text.

  • When selecting a link color, review the Contrast Ratio score displayed at the bottom of the color picker menu under “Contrast Ratio.”

The Contrast Ratio follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) — ensuring your link color provides enough contrast for visibility and readability.

Accessibility Tip: Using strong color contrast and clear visual indicators, such as underlines, helps make your links accessible to all viewers.
