Document titles and page titles help accessibility and assistive technology users understand what a document is about—without needing to read the entire content. A clear, descriptive title sets the right expectations for your readers.
Use Venngage’s Accessibility Checker to ensure your document title meets accessibility standards. The title you give your design will also appear as the file name when you share or download it from the Venngage Editor.
To edit your document title, simply update the Title field at the top of the Editor.
Quick Tips for Creating an Accessible Title
Keep your page title concise and descriptive of your design’s content or purpose.
Make sure it’s unique to your specific design or project.
Include any subsections or relevant teams (e.g., “Marketing Results Q3 – Growth Team – XYZ Corp”).
Start with the page description, followed by the organization or team name.
Document Title Accessibility Checklist

✅ Accurate: It correctly represents the information in your document.
✅ Consistent: The title’s language matches the document’s language.
✅ Unique: Avoid generic titles like “Report” or “Overview.” Be specific to your content.
