Subfolders let you organize your designs at a more detailed level inside an existing folder. You can create subfolders in My Designs or in a Group.
⚠️ Subfolders are not available in Team Designs.
How to Create a Subfolder
Navigate to the folder where you want to add a subfolder.

Inside the folder, click the New Folder button.

A New Folder modal will appear. Enter a name for your subfolder.

Click Create to confirm.
Don’t worry, you can rename the folder later if needed.
Now you're ready to start moving designs into your new subfolder!
Note
You can create folders in My Designs, Team Designs, and Groups.
You can only create subfolders inside a folder in My Designs or a Group.
Move Designs to a Subfolder
To move a design into a subfolder:
Locate the design you want to move.
Click and hold the design tile.

Drag and drop the design into the subfolder.
👉 Designs can only be moved to subfolders using drag & drop. The Move option from the kebab menu (⋮) is not supported.
Rename a Subfolder
You can rename any subfolder you’ve created in My Designs or within a Group.
Open the main folder where your subfolder is located.
Click on the subfolder you want to rename.

In the header, click the down arrow next to the subfolder name to open the drop-down menu.

Select Rename.

In the modal box that appears, type the new name for your subfolder.
Click Rename to confirm, or Cancel if you want to leave the name as-is.
Delete a Subfolder
You can delete any subfolder you’ve created, but make sure to move or delete designs first if you don’t want them to end up in Trash.
Open the main folder where your subfolder is located.
Click on the subfolder you want to delete.

In the header, click the down arrow next to the subfolder name to open the drop-down menu.

Select Remove (trash can icon).

In the Delete Subfolder modal box, review the warning:
“Items inside this folder will be moved to Trash.”

Tip: Move designs out of the folder before deleting if you want to keep them.

Click Delete to confirm, or Cancel to exit without making changes.
