Eligibility & Referral Requirements

To participate in the referral program:

• The program is open to existing Venngage users who share their unique referral link.

• Referrals are valid only for new Venngage users who sign up through the referral link.

• The referred user must successfully register an account using the referral link.

• The referral reward is triggered when the referred user creates their first design.

Referral Rewards

When a referral is successful:

• The referrer earns 5 AI credits.

• The referred user earns 5 AI credits.

AI credits are automatically added to each user’s Venngage account once the referral is confirmed and the referred user creates their first design.

These credits are bonus credits and are added on top of any existing daily AI credit allowance.

AI Credits Usage & Expiry

Referral-earned AI credits follow these rules:

• Daily AI credits are used first before referral-earned credits.

• Referral-earned AI credits do not expire.

• These credits do not refresh daily.

• Credits remain in the account until they are used.

• Referral credits are labeled as “Referral Credits” in your account.

Limits & Fair Use

To maintain fairness in the program:

• Each new user can trigger referral rewards only once, regardless of how many referral links they use.

• Referral credits will not be granted for accounts created using:

  • Disposable email addresses

  • Temporary email services

  • High-risk or suspicious email domains

• Referral registrations may be reviewed using third-party email reputation and fraud detection tools.

Prohibited Activity

The following activities are not allowed:

• Spamming referral links

• Creating fake accounts

• Self-referrals

• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the referral system

Venngage actively monitors referral activity and engagement for suspicious behavior.

If fraudulent or non-compliant activity is detected, Venngage reserves the right to:
