Can I edit the PDF after downloading it?

No. A PDF export from Venngage is a flattened copy of your design, so elements like text, images, and colors cannot be changed. To update your design, make edits in the Venngage editor before downloading.

What if I need to make changes to my PDF?

• Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Pro to add fillable fields, text, or other elements using the Adobe toolbar.

• Alternatively, you can convert the PDF to a PowerPoint file (.pptx) and open it in PowerPoint (or compatible software) to edit certain smart elements.
