Version History allows you to view, restore, or duplicate previous versions of your design. This feature is now available to all paid users (Premium, Business, and Enterprise plans).
❗ Note: Version History is not available on Free plans.
Who Has Access?
Version History is available to users on Premium, Business, and Enterprise plans.
Free users do not have access to this feature.
Important: When Version History Starts Saving
Version History only begins tracking changes after you upgrade to a paid plan.
If you created and edited a design on a Free plan
Then upgraded
And opened Version History
You will not see versions created while on the Free plan.
Only changes made after upgrading are saved in Version History.

-
Click the cloud (Save) icon in the top toolbar.
-
You should see the message: All changes are saved.
-
-
If you’re on a paid plan, select Open Version History.
A right-side panel will open showing the full version history of your design.
What You’ll See in Version History
Timestamps
-
Each saved version is listed by timestamp.
-
Click a timestamp to preview what your design looked like at that time.
-
You can also see when the design was originally created.
Multi-Page Designs
If your design has multiple pages:
-
You can switch between pages while previewing older versions — just click the arrow to move between pages.
This helps you compare how different pages looked at different points in time.
For best results when reviewing history, it helps if your changes are clearly visible (for example, major layout edits or page additions).
Version History Options
When viewing a previous version, you’ll see two options:
Restore
Replaces your current design file with the selected older version.
This overwrites your current design.
The restoration cannot be undone using the regular Undo button.
However, you can return to Version History again and restore a different version if needed.
⚠️ Important: Once you restore a version, you cannot simply click “Undo” to revert the restoration. To go back, open Version History again and restore the desired version.
Make a Copy
Creates a new design file using the selected older version.
Your current design remains unchanged.
The copied version counts as a new design.
The design title will update to indicate it is a copy.
The copy starts with its own version history, beginning from the moment it is created.
Because it is treated as a brand-new design, it does not retain the original design’s previous history.
Video Guide
Accidentally Restored a Version?
No problem.
If you restore a version by mistake:
Open Version History again.
Select the version you want.
Click Restore.
This is the correct way to “undo” a restoration.
Best Practices
Use Make a Copy if you want to experiment without affecting your current design.
Use Restore when you’re confident you want to roll back completely.
Remember: Version History only tracks changes made after upgrading to a paid plan.
