Simply select your text, and the Refine button will appear — giving you instant access to AI-powered editing.

You can refine, rewrite, shorten, and improve your text using smart actions or natural language prompts, all through a continuous AI chat experience.

How to Use:

1. Select Your Text

Click on the text you want to edit in your design.

2. Click the Refine Button

Once text is selected, the Refine button will appear.

Or, from the left panel, click AI Tools and select AI Writing Assistant — all AI features are centralized there.

3. Choose an action or type a prompt

You can:

• Click a quick action, or

• Type your own instruction in the chat.

Refine Options

After clicking Refine, you can choose from:

• Shorten – Makes the text more concise and direct

• Elaborate – Expands the text with more detail and clarity

• More professional – Adjusts tone for a more polished, formal voice

• Fix Spelling and Grammar – Corrects errors and improves readability

You can also type custom prompts like:

• “Make this clearer”

• “Rewrite in a friendlier tone”

• “Simplify this text”

• “Make this more engaging”

4. Continue refining in chat

Make multiple edits by continuing the conversation — no need to reopen tools.
