Fonts play a huge role in setting the tone and readability of your design. With Venngage’s upgraded Editor, you can easily switch between a wide range of modern fonts, or even upload your own custom fonts to match your brand identity.

Change Font Fac

• Select the text box (click it or use Tab + Spacebar).

• From the top toolbar, open the Font Family menu.

• Choose from:

  • Brand fonts – Custom fonts uploaded via your Brand Kit

    • Note: Uploading and using custom fonts is available only to Business and Enterprise users.

  • Document fonts – Fonts already used in the design template

  • All fonts – Royalty-free fonts provided by Venngage

• You can also search for a specific font by typing its name in the search bar at the top of the Font menu.

Using a Custom Font

If you’ve uploaded a custom font to your Brand Kit, simply:

• Open the Font Family menu,

• Select your Brand Kit from the Brand Fonts drop-down, and

• Choose your uploaded font under Brand Fonts.

Your brand’s unique style will instantly carry through to your designs.

Change Font Size

• Select the text box again.

• In the top toolbar, open the Text Size widget to adjust:

  • Use the plus (+) or minus (–) buttons for small changes.

  • Or click the number field to type or select a new size.

You can also resize the text box itself to control how text wraps or fits:

• Click and drag the bounding box handles, or

• Use CTRL (Windows) / CMD (Mac) + arrow keys to resize by 1px.

• Hold SHIFT while doing this to resize by 10px at a time.
