Venngage's extensive template library is now accessible from inside the upgraded Editor

Explore template pages

Select "Templates" in the left sidebar to open a catalog of available template design pages that you can add to the design you're working on in the upgraded Editor.

A design open in the upgraded Venngage Editor shows the heading Quarterly Performance Review, with the Page Manager open and displaying two page thumbnails. A user clicks on the Templates section in the left sidebar and scrolls down the displayed template thumbnails.

Add a page from a single or multi-page design

Hover your cursor over the template thumbnails in the left sidebar.

Add a 1-page design by clicking "Add page" on the thumbnail.

A design open in the upgraded Venngage Editor shows the heading Quarterly Performance Review, with the Page Manager open and displaying two page thumbnails. A user clicks on the Templates section in the left sidebar and scrolls down the displayed template thumbnails. The user mouses over one of the template thumbnails, and a button labelled 'Add Page' appears. The user clicks Add Page and the page on the thumbnail is added to the design canvas. It also appears as a thumbnail in the Page Manager view pane on the righthand side of the canvas, in the position of the third (last) page.

For multi-page designs, click "View All Pages" to see all of the available pages you can add from that template. When you make your selection, click "Add page" on the thumbnail.

A design open in the upgraded Venngage Editor shows a page with a blue background and a colorful donut hole pie chart. A user clicks on the Templates section in the left sidebar and scrolls down the displayed template thumbnails. The user mouses over one of the template thumbnails, and a button labelled 'View All Pages' appears. The user clicks View All Pages and the pages in the template are open in a new view from the same left sidebar pane, with the title of the template above it. The user moves the cursor over the second page in the template and a 'Add Page' label appears over it. The user clicks Add Page and the page of the template appears in the design canvas. The user then clicks Show All Pages on the Page Manager toolbar and the Page Manager view pane opens to the right side of the design canvas, displaying two page thumbnails: the original design canvas with the blue background and the colorful donut pie chart, as well as the page the user has just added.

Reorder or remove design pages with the Page Manager

Use the Page Manager to reorganize the pages in your accessible design, duplicate pages, or delete them.

In the upgraded Editor, a design canvas with a blue background and a colorful donut pie chart is visible. A user clicks Show All Pages on the Page Manager tool and the right view pane opens, displaying four thumbnails representing the four pages that are contained in the design. The user clicks on the second page's thumbnail; the user holds and drags the thumbnail into position as the third page. The page that was formerly in the third position now takes the second position.

Page Manager is also compatible with keyboard controls.
