Reorder, duplicate, remove and manage pages in your accessible design with the upgraded Editor's Page Manager.

Open the Page Manager

The Page Manager tool lets you see all of the pages or slides in your accessible design in the upgraded Venngage Editor.

A design canvas is open in the upgraded Venngage Editor, with the page tool on the right side of the Editor indicating there are 4 pages total in the design. A user clicks on the Show All Pages arrow in the page tool, and reveals all four pages in the right sidebar, represented by thumbnails. The user clicks on the second thumbnail, and the design canvas in the main section of the Editor displays the second page of the design.

Click the "Show All Pages"arrow next to the Page Manager tool to expand the thumbnail view of all the pages in your design. Use the Tab key to navigate to the Page Manager toolbar with your keyboard, and open the Page Manager view pane ("Show All Pages") by pressing the Spacebar.

A close-up of the page tool in the upgraded Editor shows four thumbnails of pages in the design when a user clicks on Show all Pages. When the user moves their cursor over each of the page thumbnails, the cursor becomes an open hand wearing a white glove, indicating that the user can grab and drag the page thumbnails to mover them into a different order.

Reorder pages

Select the page you want to move and reorder it within the Page Manager.

With the mouse: Click on the thumbnail of the page and hold. Drag the thumbnail into the position between the other page thumbnails.

A design canvas is open in the upgraded Venngage Editor, with the page tool on the right side of the Editor expanded, showing all four pages in the right sidebar, represented by thumbnails. The user clicks on the third thumbnail, a blank canvas, and drags it under the fourth thumbnail, then releases it. The blank canvas becomes the fourth pages, and the fourth page because the third.

With the keyboard: Use the Tab key to highlight the thumbnail of the page you want to move, then hit Spacebar to select it. Use the arrow keys to move the page into its new position.

Duplicate pages

Select the page you want to duplicate within the Page Manager.

With the mouse: Click on the thumbnail of the page to select it. Click "Duplicate Page" on the Page Manager Toolbar.

A design canvas is open in the upgraded Venngage Editor, with the page tool on the right side of the Editor expanded, showing all four pages in the right sidebar, represented by thumbnails. The user clicks on the fourth thumbnail. The thumbnail is selected, displaying with a dark blue border, and the area behind it in a light blue. The user clicks Duplicate Page in the Page Manager toolbar, which appears as two square icons with rounded corners, one on top of the other. The page is duplicated, and its thumbnail appears under the duplicated page, taking the place of the fifth page.

With the keyboard: Use the Tab key to highlight the thumbnail of the page you want to duplicate, then hit Spacebar to select it. Hold CTRL or CMD and press "d" on the keyboard to duplicate it.

Add a blank page

Select the page you want within the Page Manager; the blank page you add will appear after this page.

With the mouse: Click on the thumbnail of the page to select it. Click "Add Page" on the Page Manager Toolbar. The blank page will appear under the page you selected.

A design canvas is open in the upgraded Venngage Editor, with the page tool on the right side of the Editor expanded, showing all four pages in the right sidebar, represented by thumbnails. The user clicks on the second thumbnail. The thumbnail is selected, displaying with a dark blue border, and the area behind it in a light blue. The user clicks Add Page in the Page Manager toolbar, which appears as a plus sign icon, underneath the Duplicate Page icon and above the Delete Page icon (a trashcan). A blank page appears as a thumbnail underneath the second page (the page the user selected), now in the third page position.

With the keyboard: Use the Tab key to highlight the thumbnail of the page you want to add a page under, then hit Spacebar to select it. Hold CTRL or CMD and press "ENTER" on the keyboard to add a blank page underneath it.

Add a template page

Click "Add Page" on the template page you want to add to your design and it will appear in the Page Manager; you can reorder it, duplicate it, or delete just like any other page in your design.

A design is open in the upgrade Editor shows three pages, with the Page Manager open displaying the page thumbnails, and the Templates menu open in the left sidebar. A user mouses over a thumbnail in the Templates menu, and the template page as it appears in the canvas area of the Editor, as well as the third page thumbnail in the Page Manager.
