Get to the Templates Page
From the Venngage homepage, click the Templates tab at the top (next to “Home”). You’ll be taken to the Templates page, where you can explore a wide variety of designs organized by category.
Browse by Category
Use the left sidebar to browse templates by Recommended, Branded, Featured, Accessible, Favorites, or Category.
Recommended: Shows templates suggested for you based on your activity and what’s trending.
Featured: Highlights templates handpicked by Venngage’s design team.
Favorites: Displays templates you’ve added on your favorites.
Branded: Showcases templates customized with your organization’s Brand Kit colors, fonts, and logo for consistent, on-brand designs.
Accessible: Includes templates optimized for accessibility, ensuring your designs meet visual and readability standards.
Category: Browse templates by topic or purpose, such as infographics, presentations, reports, or posters.
👉 Click any Category in the sidebar to filter results, or use the tags at the top to refine your search further.
Narrow Your Search
Use the search bar at the top of the Templates page to combine keywords and find designs that fit your exact needs.
Try including:
Type: “infographic,” “report,” “flyer,” “poster”
Style: “minimalist,” “modern,” “colorful,” “corporate”
Elements: “holiday,” “geometric,” “floral,” “stars”
You can also apply filters to search by plan type (Free, Premium, Business, Enterprise), page size, or orientation.
💡 Example: Searching “simple letterhead geometric” will instantly bring up sleek letterhead templates with geometric elements.
Create Your Own Design from Scratch
Want full creative control? Click Layouts in the left sidebar of the Templates page, then select the Blank Canvas tile.
You’ll open a fresh, empty design that you can fully customize with icons, charts, text, and your own brand colors.
