Bring more depth and style to your design by adding multiple color fills to your shapes. Venngage lets you split a shape’s color into two sections and control how much of each color appears.
Steps to Add or Change a Color Fill
Select the shape you want to edit on your design canvas.
-
In the top toolbar, click the Color Fill icon to open the fill menu.
-
Use the Fill Percentage slider (or type a number) to decide how much of the shape will show the first color.
Use the Color Tool menus to choose your first and second fill colors.
The two Color Tool icons will now appear in the top toolbar:
-
Fill Color One shows the original color of the shape and the percentage it covers.
-
Fill Color Two represents the secondary color that fills the rest of the shape.
📘 Example: If your shape starts as white and you set the Fill % to 64, then 64% of it will remain white while 36% will show the second fill color.
💡 Tips:
Experiment with different fill percentages to create soft gradients or color balance effects.
You can also adjust the border width or pattern of your shape to make it stand out even more.
