Collaborating with your students or classmates on Venngage is simple and organized. You can easily share designs within your class so everyone can view or work on them together.

Note: This feature is available only to Education Plan holders.

Share Your Design with the Class

To share a design with your class, log in and follow these steps:

1. Open the design you want to share in the Editor.

2. Click the Share button in the top right corner.

   

3. Turn on Class Sharing.

   

View Designs Shared with the Class

To view templates or designs shared with your class:

1. Log in and click My Designs.

   

2. On the My Designs page, select Class Designs from the left sidebar.
   

3. You’ll see all the designs that have been shared with your class in that folder.
