Need to reuse an existing design without starting from scratch? You can easily create an identical copy of any design from your My Designs page or directly from inside the Editor.

Copy (Duplicate) a Design from the My Designs Page

1. Go to your Home or My Designs page.

   

2. Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) on the design thumbnail you want to copy.

   

3. Select Make a Copy from the menu.

   

4. A duplicate of your design will appear next to the original with the prefix “Copy -” (e.g., Market Infographic becomes Copy - Market Infographic).

Copy (Duplicate) a Design from Inside the Editor

1. Open the design you want to duplicate in the Editor.

2. Click File on the top-left corner of the toolbar.

   

3. Select Make a Copy.

   

4. The duplicate will open immediately in the Editor, ready for you to edit.

5. On your My Designs page, the copied file will appear with “Copy -” added to the beginning of the file name (e.g., Copy - Recycling Posters For Schools).
