Resize your design template canvas to fit standard page sizes, social media sites, or use your own custom dimensions.

Use a preset size

The upgraded Editor offers multiple page size presets that make it easy to set the canvas to the dimensions you need.

Click "Edit Page Size" in the top toolbar.

Select the page or post size and click on it to change the dimensions of the canvas.

A template appears in the upgraded Venngage Editor: a square design titled 'Yearly Expenses', with a teal background and a pie chart with three segments in the middle of the design. A user clicks on Edit Page Size in the top toolbar, and opens the widget to change the template page size. Two sections in the widget appear, allowing the user to customize the canvas size: Standard Page Size and Custom Page Size. The user clicks on the drop-down under the Standard Page Size and selects different dimensions from the options. The user changes the canvas from Custom to Letter, then Legal, then Tabloid. The canvas of the template changes in the Editor; the other elements of the design, including the title and the chart, change position on the cavas.

Standard Page Size

  • Letter (8.5in x 11in)
  • Legal (8.5in x 14in)

Use a custom size

Click "Edit Page Size" in the top toolbar.

Under the Custom Page Size section, enter the Width and Height of your canvas to set the dimensions.

Use the Unit drop-down to change the value of the dimensions; choose from px (pixels), in (inches) or cm (centimeters).

Under Custom Page Size, two text fields appear under the label 'Width' and 'Height' respectively. Beside them is a drop-down menu labelled 'Unit', which displays the abbreviation 'in' for inches. The user clicks into the Width text field and changes it from 17 to 30. The user clicks into the text field under height and changes it from 11 to 5. The canvas of the template changes in the Editor; the other elements of the design, including the title and the chart, change position on the cavas.

Undo changes to the page size

The canvas dimensions will change when you click on a preset page or post size, or enter your custom dimensions.

Use CMD + Z or CTRL + Z on your keyboard to undo changes to the canvas size, or click the Undo button in the top toolbar to reverse the changes.

A template appears in the upgraded Venngage Editor: a rectangular design titled 'Yearly Expenses', with a teal background and a pie chart with three segments in the middle of the design. A user clicks on the Undo arrow in the top toolbar, above the canvas; the dimensions of the canvas change, reversing several sizing changes until finally ending when the cavas is square.

You can also change the page orientation from the Edit Page Size widget.
