Leave a comment on a design

Available on the following Venngage subscription plans: Business and Enterprise.

You can see a Venngage design and leave a comment on it, even if you're not part of the same organization on a Venngage Business or Enterprise plan.

 

Use the link to preview the design

When a team member shares a link with you, click the link to view their design.

View the design preview. The bottom tools let you interact with it.

Use the arrows to move between pages in a multi-page design, or view the design in full screen mode.

Sign in to leave a comment

Click the comment icon. 

Follow the prompts to sign in or sign up for an account with Venngage to open the design.

You'll be redirected to the design preview page when you're successfully logged in. 

Click the Comment button to open the Comment panel and type your comment.

On the Venngage login page, a user enters their login credentials. When they click Log in, they are redirected to the preview page of a Venngage design: a blue and white slide deck with 12 pages. The user clicks the Comment button in the bottom toolbar. The Comment panel opens in the right side of the browser window and the user clicks into a text box that indicates Leave a comment here.

 

If you are already signed in, your initials will appear at the end of the bottom toolbar, next to the Comment button.

Click Post to on the comment, to share it on the design. Your name and the date/time you commented will appear next to your comment. You can refresh the page to see comments from any other viewers.
