Update your credit card information

Available on the following Venngage subscription plans: Premium, Business and Enterprise.

Venngage makes it easy to keep your subscription payment information up to date. 

Access your subscription details

Log into your account and click Account on the top menu. Select My Account from the drop-down.

Click Subscription in the left sidebar.

The user clicks the Account button in the top bar, from the Venngage homepage. The user clicks 'My Account' in the account menu. The page redirects from the Home page to the Account page, open to the Profile tab. The user clicks the 'Subscription' tab underneath the profile tab in the left sidebar, and scrolls down the page with their subscription details.

 

Enter your updated credit card details

Under the heading Update/Change Credit Card Information, enter your updated payment details in each of the fields. 

Click "Update My Card" to save your changes.

What kind of payment options does Venngage offer?

Venngage subscriptions are usually paid with a credit card. We accept the following card types:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

For more invoicing options on a Business or Enterprise account, please reach out to your account manager.
