Replace images already on your design canvas with the Image Replace tool.

Open the Replace Menu

Click an icon or a photo on the design canvas to select it, and click Replace in the top toolbar to open the Replace Menu.

Or, double-click on a photo or icon on the design canvas to open the Replace Menu automatically.

Choose from three tabs to replace: IconsPhotos or Uploads. Click on the tab to access the gallery.

Replace a photo with another image from Venngage's catalog

Click the Photos tab in the Replace Menu to browse Venngage's stock photo library.

Or, enter a search term for a different photo.

Click on a photo thumbnail in the gallery on the Photos tab, and it will automatically replace the image on the design canvas in the same position and dimension. Use the Edit image or Crop tools to further customize the photo.

Click the Icons tab to select an icon from Venngage's icon library; use the search bar to enter a search term and refine your options.

Replace a photo with an icon or vice versa; simply select the icon or photo on the design canvas, and use the tab in the Replace Menu to choose an icon from the image gallery.

Replace with your own image

Click an icon or a photo on the design canvas to select it, then click Replace on the top toolbar. Or, double-click on the icon or photo you want to replace to automatically open the Replace menu.

Click the Uploads tab to open the gallery of images you've already uploaded to the Editor. Click on a photo thumbnail to replace the image on the canvas.

Upload a new photo from the Replace widget and use it: select the photo or icon you want to replace, and bring up the Replace menu by double-clicking the image or clicking on the photo/icon and clicking "Replace" in the top toolbar.

Click on the Upload tab, then click "Browse Files".
