Add a student to your class

To add a student to your class:

1.  Log in and click on your Initials (right top toolbar) and select My Account

2. Click on My Class from the toolbar on the left.
3. Enter the student's email address and click the green Add Class Member button.

Please note: If a student already has a free Venngage account they will be upgraded. If the student does not have an account they will be emailed with an invitation to sign up. You'll see the word pending next to their email address on the My Class page until they sign up. 

Remove a student from your class

There are two ways to remove students from your class. You can remove them one by one or remove several students at once. 

To remove students one by one:

1. Log in and click on your Initials (right top toolbar) and then select My Account.

2. Next click on My Class.

3. On the My Class page you can click on the trash can button to the right of any student you want to remove.

4. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm if you want to remove the student. After you confirm that you want to remove the student their name will be removed from the list of students.

To remove several students at once: 

1. Log in and click on Initials (right top toolbar) and then select My Account.

2. Next click on My Class.

3. Check the box to the right of the all students you want to delete.

4. Click Remove Selected Members.

Please note: When you delete a student they are put on the free plan. Any designs they shared with the class will be removed from the My Class folder.
