Apply the same styling to the text in multiple text boxes by selecting all of them at once and using the tools in the top toolbar.

Select the text boxes

Change the styling

Apply the styling changes you want from the top toolbar.

A design canvas open in the Venngage Editor featuring a red, yellow and brown design with the icon of a coffee maker and a mug of coffee in the foreground. A text box with the title 'Employee Handbook' in large red letters and a serif font face appears to the left. Above the title text box, a text box with the company name 'Havmor Coffee Distributor Appears'. Underneath the title text box, a third text box with the phrase 'Everything you need to know to get started!' appears. These two additional text boxes have the same font as the title but are smaller and a dark brown. A user selects the two text boxes by clicking and pressing the shift key. The top toolbar now displays text editing tools. The user changes the color of the text in both of the selected text boxes from dark brown to black. The user then clicks and drags their mouse over the three text boxes, including the title, selecting all of them. The top toolbar displays the text editing tools again. The user changes the font face of all three text boxes to a non-serif font, and then changes the alignment of all three text boxes from 'Center' to 'Left', then opens the line height drop-down and changes the line height from 1.0 to 1.4.

Change any of the following attributes of the text so that they appear the same in each box:
