Hyperlink an image in your design, so that readers clicking on it can navigate to another page in your design, to a website, or open an email address.

Click on the image you want to link to select it.

Link to a web (URL) or email address

Click on 'Link' in the top toolbar. The button looks like two connected chain links.

A close-up of the top toolbar in the Venngage Editor. The Link button is highlighted, and a black 'Link' label appears underneath it.

Click on the image, then click the link option on the top toolbar. Type or paste the web address into the text field that expands next to the Link tool.

A partial view of a design canvas in the Venngage Editor shows a page with a white background and red, blue and green accents. Icons of people with their pets appear underneath the heading bar, at the top of the page, along with the logo of a dog paw and the company name 'Union City Animal Rescue Nonprofit Pet Foster Organization'. A user clicks on the dog paw to select it, and then clicks the Link button in the top toolbar. The user enters a web URL into the text field that expands from the Link tool button, and clicks out of the text field, then de-selects the paw icon. The user re-selects the paw and in the top toolbar, the Link widget expands, with the URL the user entered visible in the text field next to the Link button. At the end of the text field, a circled 'x' appears. The user moves their cursor over the Link text field and then the circled x. The user clicks the x and removes the link from the paw icon.

Remove a link

Click on the hyperlinked image. The Link button on the top toolbar will expand with the text field containing the link. At the right end of the text field, a circled 'x' will appear; click the 'x' to remove the link.

On a design in the Venngage Editor, a Table of Contents page appears. A user clicks on a circular orange icon at the bottom of the page, then clicks the Link button in the top toolbar. The user selects a Page from the Document Pages drop-down that appears beneath the Link tool text field. The user then opens the design in a Preview; in the preview, the user navigates back to the page and clicks on the circular icon on the page; the link embedded in the image redirects the user to the linked page.
