Hyperlink an image in your design, so that readers clicking on it can navigate to another page in your design, to a website, or open an email address.

Click on the image you want to link to select it.

Link to a web (URL) or email address

Click on 'Link' in the top toolbar. The button looks like two connected chain links.

A close-up of the top toolbar in the Venngage Editor. The Link button is highlighted, and a black 'Link' label appears underneath it.

Click on the image, then click the link option on the top toolbar. Type or paste the web address into the text field that expands next to the Link tool.

Link to another page in the design

Select the image you want to hyperlink. Click the Link button on the top toolbar. When you click the Link text field, a drop-down with the pages in the document will appear. Click on a Page to hyperlink the image to point to it.

On a design in the Venngage Editor, a Table of Contents page appears. A user clicks on a circular orange icon at the bottom of the page, then clicks the Link button in the top toolbar. The user selects a Page from the Document Pages drop-down that appears beneath the Link tool text field. The user then opens the design in a Preview; in the preview, the user navigates back to the page and clicks on the circular icon on the page; the link embedded in the image redirects the user to the linked page.

Note: The Link to another page in the design feature is not available in the new editor.
