Changing your subscription plan

Upgrade, modify or manage your Venngage subscription plan. 

Access your subscription details

Log into your account and click Account on the top menu. Select My Account from the drop-down.

Click Subscription in the left sidebar.

The user clicks the Account button in the top bar, from the Venngage homepage. The user clicks 'My Account' in the account menu. The page redirects from the Home page to the Account page, open to the Profile tab. The user clicks the 'Subscription' tab underneath the profile tab in the left sidebar, and scrolls down the page with their subscription details.


How do I upgrade my plan?

Upgrade from a Free to Premium plan

Click Upgrade on the plan of your choice.

A user clicks on the subscription tab of their Account page, and then clicks on the option to upgrade from a Free plan to a Business plan.
Enter your credit card details. Enter a coupon code if you have one.
Choose your billing preference, then click "Upgrade" to submit.


Upgrade from Premium to Business

From the Subscription tab, click the "Upgrade" button to change from a Premium to a Business plan.

From here you can also update your credit card information or switch your billing schedule (monthly, quarterly or annual).

Downgrade your subscription

To change your subscription to a lower tier, reach out to us via chat or and we'll make the changes you request to your subscription. 

Note on payment: When you switch from a higher tier to a lower tier subscription, your account will hold the credit from your previous payment.

For example, if you're going from a Business plan to Premium and you've already paid the monthly fee for your Business subscription, our billing system will account for the number of days in the month you were on Business, and the remaining days you were on Premium.

The amount you paid for Business will go against the total cost of that bill (based on the number of days you used Business and when you switched over to Premium), and we'll apply the remaining credit to your future Premium bills.
