How to access live chat

  1. Log in to your Venngage account.

    • You’ll need to be signed in before you can use chat support.

  2. Click on the chat widget located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

    • The chat widget is available on every page of Venngage.

  3. Type your question in the chat window.

    • You’ll see suggested help articles appear right away.

  4. If you’d like to speak with an agent, select "Talk to a Live Agent".

    • The first available representative will join the chat and assist you.
