How to Access and Download Receipts

Available on the following Venngage subscription plans: Premium, Business and Enterprise.

To find your receipts:

  1. After you login, click Account on the top right corner.

  2. Select My Account from the Account drop-down menu.

  3. Click Billing History on the left menu. You can find and download your receipts there.

Please note: You will not be able to see the receipts once you have cancelled the subscription. If you need copies of your receipts after cancelling your subscription, please reach out to us through chat or by emailing info@venngage.com.
