What are Smart Templates?

Make your list-type infographics in no time at all with Smart Templates.

Smart templates provide users with a way to group, edit, and repeat similar content as list items, without having to build each element in the design from scratch. 

Create a Smart Template to customize

One easy way to find smart lists is by searching for the word "smart template" on the Templates page. Look out for the green Smart Template label. Click here to see all the smart templates.

Add or remove an item from a Smart Template list

Add an item

1. Hover your mouse over a space where you can add a new item.

2. Click the + button at the end of the list to add a new item.

   1. Alternatively, select an item and click the Duplicate button to copy it. Click the + button at the end of the list to add a new item.

Remove an item

1. Click the item you want to delete.

2. Click the Delete button on the top toolbar.

Reorder a Smart Template list

1. Click and drag the item to move it to a new position on the smart list.

Move the smart list

1. Select the smart list.

2. Click and drag the arrow icon to move your smart list.
