How can I get a receipt for my subscription?

Available on the following Venngage subscription plans: Premium, Business and Enterprise.

Your monthly bill appears under your Billing History on your My Account page when you're on a paid subscription. Or, if you're on a Business or Enterprise plan, you can request regular invoicing for your organization.

Access your Billing History from the My Account page

Log in to your Venngage account, access your Account details from the top menu.

On the main page of the Venngage website, a user enters their email and password into a modal with the heading Log in to your account. The user signs in, and is redirected to the Venngage homepage, which shows their My Designs page and saved design templates. In the top right corner of the page, the user's initials appear in white on a grey circle; when the user clicks the circle, it opens a drop-down widget with two options: My Account, and Sign Out. The user clicks on My Account. 

 

Select "My Account" from the Account drop-down.

Click Billing History section in the left sidebar. You can find and download your receipts there.
