Resizing or scaling smart items and widgets
To resize or scale a smart item:
Click and drag the item's side handles to resize width and the item's corner handles to scale.
Note: items cannot be vertically resized.
To resize or scale a smart widget:
Select the entire widget by clicking and dragging your mouse to highlight the entire widget.
Click and drag the widget's side handles to resize width and the widget's corner handles to scale.
Note: smart lists can only be resized and scaled at the widget level.
Aligning smart items
To align text in a circle or square box:
Double-click the text.
Click the Alignment drop-down on the top toolbar and select a position. Text can be aligned horizontally within the box.
Note: text boxes cannot be vertically aligned. The text box responds to the amount of text in it.
To align an icon:
Double-click the icon.
Click the Alignment drop-down on the top toolbar and select a position. Icons can be aligned horizontally and vertically within a cell, if the space allows.
To align an image in a circle or square shape:
Double-click the image.
Click the Alignment drop-down on the top toolbar and select a position. Images can be aligned vertically or horizontally within the box.
