The Page Manager toolbar is located at the right-hand side of the design canvas in the Venngage Editor.

Find the Page Manager tool at the bottom of this toolbar.

Select or click the Page Manager tool, representing by a group of four squares at the bottom of the toolbar:

The "Page Manager" modal will appear, overlaying the design canvas. The pages or slides in your design will appear as thumbnails and are numbered in the order they appear in your design.

You can also rearrange pages (change the page order), and add blank pages to the end of the document from the Page Manager modal.

Add a page

Add a page from an existing page (in between pages) or from the end of the design document.

Each slide is numbered according to how it appears in the sequence of the design. The user selects the fifth slide, then clicks the "Add page" (plus icon) underneath it. A new, blank slide appears after it, in sixth position. There are now 17 slides in the modal.

Select or click "Add page" (the plus sign) under a page thumbnail to create a new page in the sequence after it. For example, adding a page from Page 10 will create a page in the 11th position.

Add a page to the end of the document by selecting or clicking the "Add Page" thumbnail that appears after the last page or slide in the design document.

At the bottom of the modal, after the last slide, is a blank thumbnail with a plus icon in it: the user clicks this thumbnail and adds two additional pages to the end of the design. Now there are 19 slides in the design.

Copy a page

Click the Copy button under the thumbnail that you want to copy.

Each slide is numbered according to how it appears in the sequence of the design. The user selects the first slide and clicks the "Copy page" icon at the bottom of the slide thumbnail. A duplicate of the first side appears after it. The second slide becomes the third, and the duplicate is now the second slide. The user selects the fifth slide and clicks "Copy page" and a duplicate of the fifth slide appears after it. The sixth slide becomes the seventh, and the duplicate slide is now the sixth slide.

Rearrange pages

Click and drag a page thumbnail to reposition it. The thumbnails will update to display the pages in the new order, as you move them.

The user selects the tenth slide and drags it up into position behind the seventh slide, where it becomes the eighth slide; the slides after the eighth slide shift by one. The user selects the twelfth slide and drags it into position behind the second slide; it becomes the third slide, and the slides behind it shift by one.

Delete a page

Select or click a page thumbnail. Click or select the "Delete Page" icon (trash can) under the thumbnail.

Click the red Delete button that appears on the thumbnail.

Cancel a delete action by clicking the "X" in the top-right corner of the thumbnail.
