Share a Design with Your Team:

Share your designs with your team so they can view and edit them. Other team member can copy the design into their own account to edit. 

  1. From the My Designs page. Hover your mouse over the design you want to share and click Edit.

  2. Once in the Editor, click on Share found in the top right corner.

  3. Turn the toggle on under Share this design with your team

Edit a Copy of a Team Member’s Design

As a team member on a business plan you can copy a design that's been shared to the team folder into your own account. 

  1. Select Shared with me found on My Designs page

  2. Hover your mouse over the design and click on Copy 

  3. This will create a new copy of the design that you can edit freely. This copied design will live in My Designs

  4. To share it back with your team, you’ll have to switch the Share with Team toggle in the Share menu. 

Now your team will be able to see your shared designs on their My Designs page under Shared with me

Edit a Copy of a Team Member’s Design

You can create a new copy of the design and make edits to it. 

Please note: Copies of designs can only be created by members, not guests

  1. Select Shared with me from the under My Designs page

  2. Hover your mouse over the design and click on Copy on the design

  3. This will create a new copy of the design that you can edit freely. This design will live in My Designs

  4. To share it back with your team, you’ll have to switch the “Share with Team” toggle in the Share menu.
