Please Note:

  • Venngage is unable to offer a refund if exports or downloads of designs have occurred during your current billing cycle.

  • Even if the account has remained inactive or unused, we continue to allocate and pay for resources such as hosting, bandwidth, servers, maintenance, backups and upgrades for the account.
