Add a Guest or Team Member

You can create a team on Venngage and add a Team Member if you have a Business plan. Make sure you are not part of a team already.

  1. On the Home page's My Team section, click the Invite button.

  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

  3. Click the Invite Guest or Invite Member button.

  4. You receive a confirmation that an invitation to join your team was sent out.

  5. An email is sent to the person you invited asking them to create an account on Venngage to join your team.

Permissions

Remove Guests or Team Members

Only the administrator of the plan can remove a Guest or Team Member.

  1. On the Home page's My Team section, click the Role drop-down of the member you want to remove.

  2. Click the Remove from Team button.

You can also select multiple people and then click the Remove from Team button above the list of people on your team.

Note: once you remove a member or guest from your team, they immediately lose access to all of the team's shared designs. If you remove a member, we stop billing you for their subscription at the end of your billing cycle.

Share with others

  1. Click the Share button.

  2. Enter the email address of the team member you want to invite.

  3. Click the Send Invite button.

4. In the pop-up, select Invite Team Member and wait for confirmation that the invite was sent. If you have not already shared your design, it is now shared with your team.
