Click the links below to navigate through this guide to customizing the size and orientation of your design pages in the Venngage editor:

1. Resize your design page to a standard or custom size.

On the toolbar above the editor, click Settings to open the Page Resize tool.

Standard Page Size

Automatically change the size of your design page to the dimensions of these standard pages:

  • Letter

  • Legal

  • Tabloid

  • A3

  • A4

  • A5

If you're a Business and Enterprise subscriber, you can automatically scale the contents of your design to the new dimensions of the standard page size you choose, check the "Scale content on resize" box.

NOTE: The scaling feature only applies to the standard page sizes. Your design contents will not automatically rescale if you enter a Custom Page Size.

Open the drop-down menu and select a standard page size. Click on the page size and your design page will be resized. If you've selected the "scale content on resize" checkbox, the contents of your design will be automatically rescaled.

TIP: Use pixels when designing for materials that are web-based on meant to be viewed on a screen, and inches or centimeters for print.

To undo any changes, click the grey Undo button beside the drop-down menu of standard page sizes, under Page Resize.
