What formats can I upload?

The Venngage Editor accepts the following file formats for image uploads:

  • JPG or JPEG

  • PNG

  • GIF (static)

What size file can I upload?

Upload any image file in a compatible format, up to 5 MB each in size.

How do I upload?

Select Image Uploads on the left toolbar to get started. You have the option to either drag and drop image files onto the page or to browse the files on your device.

Drag and drop

Drag the image file from your device's file explorer onto the design canvas in the Venngage Editor. It will appear on the design canvas, and under the "Image Uploads" tab in the left sidebar.

Browse files/using file explorer

Click on the Upload Image button under Image Uploads in the left sidebar.

Use the file explorer on your device to select the image you want to upload, then click "Open". The image file will appear as a thumbnail, under the Image Uploads tab in the left sidebar.

Replace an image by uploading your own

Double-click the image you want to replace on the canvas.

When the Replace Menu opens in the left toolbar, click the "Uploads" tab. Select an image from under the tab that you've previously uploaded, or click "Upload Image" to upload a new one.

Delete an uploaded image

Open the Image Uploads tab in the left sidebar.

Hover over the image you want to delete.

Click the small trash icon in the bottom right corner of the image when it appears.

Select "Remove" to confirm deleting the image; to close without deleting, select "Close".

Can I edit an image in the Venngage Editor?

Venngage's Editor allows you to edit images you upload into the Editor, or from Venngage's photo library.
